US detransitioner Layla Jane suing after double mastectomy at 13

A detransitioner in the US is suing Kaiser Foundation Hospitals after they performed a double mastectomy on her at thirteen. She is being represented by the same law firm as Chloe Cole, another young detransitioner.

Now 18 years old, Jane is accusing the hospital system of "intentional fraud and concealment" involving her gender transition, alleging the doctors pushed her into the procedure and characterized her gender transition as the only way to treat her preexisting mental health problems.

"I don't think I should've been allowed to change my sex before I was legally able to have sex," Jane told Fox News' Laura Ingraham last Thursday. "I don't think I'm better off for the experience, and I think transitioning just completely added fuel to the fire that was my preexisting conditions."

Anyway, I've also been reading about Prisha Mosley, another US detransitioner. It makes my blood boil. This girl desperately needed help and support - not 'gender affirming care'!

This article doesn't mention litigation, so I assume Prisha hasn't gone down that path. She should!

Whenever I read about Western doctors doing experimental ‘sex change’ surgery on girls I always think of the people in Africa who do female genital mutilation on little girls, or the people in a China who used to break little girls’ feet and curl then under so they’d grow up hobbling but more ‘attractive’ to men - and I wonder if some adults in every culture just enjoy doing fucked up shit to little girls’ bodies.

Yes, this has occurred to me, too. Yet another way to mutilate young women. 😡

That photo of her at 13 in hospital broke my heart. It is a terrible thing to see.
