NatWest advert- daughter/he/him

This ad is in my fb feed tonight.
Someone at or for NatWest are replying quickly to comments about the bank account but ignoring comments and Qs about the strange wording daughter with male pronouns.

It's been pointed out loads of times and not corrected. Is it deliberate??

Looks like a typo to me. Sometimes the comments on ads don’t get reviewed by media teams

It probably isn't sinister but it does show a level of incompetence.

And who wants to put their money in an incompetent bank?

The only thing that looks odd is they are just ignoring all the comments about the pronouns but diving straight on and answering the Qs about the bank account. Like PP said probably is a different team.

It makes them look illiterate.

The Rooster card app is not at all easy to find your way around and if you have a question/problem you must communicate with the Rooster team online as they refuse to provide any option to speak to someone. This ad is just weird though.

It’s confusing/ grating to read.

The answers might be coming from a AI bot that is only programmed to answer predictable questions.

Which deffo wouldn’t include questions about mismatched pronouns and family titles!

Glad people are correcting it tho, at least that indicates that the general public is alert to this stuff and willing to comment.

Just because I personally like a thread with a conclusion .. spotted and screen shotted this, they have corrected the wrong pronouns, good.

Definitely. And now I've clicked on NatWest ads on Facebook twice, the algorithm's bombarding me with NatWest spam constantly 😂
