Before I click, I'm guessing 'woman'...do I get a prize if I'm right?!

It does turn up once, under podcasts. Not that that makes it any better.

In the 'Guidance for people professionals' - is that what we're calling HR these days? - it says to use gender neutral language where possible. They've succeeded for the most part, but one or two 'women' have slipped through.

Reading it makes me squirm. All the contortions they put themselves through. Ugh.

It's quite an art isn't it? To avoid naming those people who experience menopause.

How does someone sit down and write so much about something that only affects women without using the bloody word?

CIPD have totally bought into women hating. They seem to be the go-to website for HR and EDI so we are all fucked. And that’s on top of coping with menopause… 🙄

How do they write about women without mentioning women? They try really, really hard. Very trying. An insult, too.

Why is all the information from Bupa, a private health care organisation, and not from the NHS. I find that quite sinister.
