DH's company has been Stonewalled

DH had some inclusion/diversity training last week. He didn't say much about it at the time; but has just shown me an email he is sending to HR to point out that Stonewall is essentially an 'anti-women' organisation.

He has asked that, depending on their response, he might need input about the horrors of Stonewall.

Mumsnetters, I need your help and input to get something ready. (I get soooooo angry, I sometimes get all tied up in knots with my arguments).

I would start with reputational risk as suffered by Garden Court Chambers (Allison Bailey) and CGD (Maya Forstater) for following Stonewall’s interpretation of the EA2010.

Then how they avoid being held responsible e.g. Alison’s case, Mermaids etc.

Oh, if only it had been legal to video Stonewall's spokesperson with their support dog, mother and solicitor in the room...

Also the Akua Reindorf report re 'stonewall law' and the risks of following their demands wishes will be useful.

Thank you. I did mention to him that some large organisations have distanced themselves from Stonewall including the civil service. Will definitely put the above points to him.
I am so pleased he has emailed his HR.
