I thought I would share this today to celebrate the word mother and mater.
I particularly like that matter has roots in mater and as Susie says "is the mother of all words, from which all things are made".

It make me very sad to feel genuine relief when I see something like this that publicly recognises women and girls.

Maybe there’s a shortage of chairs. If I remember rightly, there’s a very serious twitter campaign to get transwomen chairs, as they are often seen having to resort to a similar pose.
