Great news. I like Mr Menno.

I'm not even on twitter and I was proper smiling, perhaps a wee tear too.

He's so fantastic. Such a great presenter of ideas. Absolutely consistent that he's an ally and not one of these "This is what a feminist looks like " blokes. It's really important that gay men speak up specifically against the vile homophobia in this crap.
They casually dismiss women (particularly older ones) so maybe warnings about the clear and present danger to gay men's identity will get through to the cloth eared left wing "folx".
And his work is so retweetable

Yes I love the way he is reclaiming camp fun from all the misogynists. These days camp entertainment seems to all be about Ru Paul’s Drag Race and other things that make me sense a dark nihilism and sneering contempt for my sex.

Mr Menno is the opposite, what he does is positive and life affirming.
There’s one moment in his ‘Y Chromosome’ video (YMCA spoof) where he hugs the inflatable Y and I found that brought a tear to my eye - his mission seems to be to get men/everyone to love and accept themselves - he’s an absolute star.

That was a wonderful way to do the announcement!
