Newsweek magazine have chosen to zone in on Pip’s gender fluidity in light of them being a powerful Executive at Credit Suisse.

I'm not entirely sure how/whether Pip is personally responsible in any way for the CS recent downturn but no doubt it might prove a distraction to your day-to-day job if you have to wake up and decide whether you want to be a man or a woman at the office today.

No doubt some of their detractors on social media might be unsavoury types but I just thought it was interesting for a high profile publication to give publicity to this particular individual. I think there’s an implication that the company has become distracted from its core objectives. This could of course be a case of scapegoating. But sunlight is sunlight…

One argument I’ve see is - if banks spent less time, focus and money on rainbow washing and woke point gathering and more on … well … banking they may have fewer problems.

Having said that CS’s woes have been long in the making and I don’t think we can blame PB for that.
