This is such a powerful speech, this is courage and integrity.

It is so moving. I felt so sorry for Scott but the fact that they are willing to turn their trauma into such a powerful message is amazing.

That was a hard watch. Very powerful. And Scott's right, telling the press that they bear responsibility for this too, as they have consistently refused to cover this story.

absolutely compelling speech. A gifted speaker. It's beyond tragic that Scott will likely die much too young, because of being subjected to dangerous unproven medical procedures in the name of gender affirming therapy.

I'm relatively new to this issue (I started researching heavily in to children wanting to transition back in November for personal reasons) and I'm particularly sad that someone as articulate and compelling as Scott has being trying to be heard for this long.
Even with the Hannah Barnes book coming out and stories hitting the press more, I'm concerned that we don't yet have the momentum to help this break through in to the public conscience.
What's happening to children is shocking. It's also being called out by Buck Angel (trans man) and Blair White (trans woman) but somehow isn't being heard by policy makers.
Incidentally, I'm particularly struck by Scott saying in this older thread that not all of us will agree on everything but we can join hands on this one. I couldn't agree more.
