I think he just won the jackpot.
They can't sack him. Can you imagine the lawsuit? All the bullshit the school has said previously in support of his unsupported breasts would be used against them in the lawsuit. Lawsuit aside the gender borg would cause even more problems for the school especially if he "I was sacked for being trans!"ed.

tbh i can see why he might do this, especially since it seems that at all other times he acts like a regular bloke doing regular bloke things. And in that respect alone bringing the absurdity of Self ID laws isn't a Bad Thing.

if he was, as some have asserted (not sure where i saw it) to highlight that the Law is an Ass - he has definitely brought it right out into the open where people who wouldn't normally be interested in laws around Self ID can see it. Can't ignore it, in fact.

A few thoughts. My want for it to be this way is clearly a bias, but I believe that there might be some elements of this.

There are stories saying he was disciplined previously, before all this started. If that's true I can only imagine how smug he feels now having caused so much trouble for those that would have disciplined him. Having to deal with this will be waaaayyyy beyond what any school board has had to deal with before. IF revenge was a motive I cannot imagine giving the school board a bigger FU middle finger than this.

The continual dribs and drabs to keep the story alive, the skydiving, the walking around on crutches, the "they are natural breasts" all happened each time the story died down. It seems to me like someone was trying to keep it in the news and giving it a little boost each time it started to wane. Who would have reason to do that?

He hasn't ( yet ) played the victim, AND the gender borg have been strangely quiet. Both of these things are highly unusual on their own, but combined this seems to be a very strong indidcator that this case is different. Take the inteview where he says the breasts are real, there was no victimhood pity play. Do you know any other absurd case where the victim card didn't get played? e.g. Yaniv
I don't remember the gender borg rushing to support this. The school board have been the only ones toeing the party line, and I think that was for legal protection. If they sack him and he sues, only then do I expect him to play the victim card to bump the settlement.

I have no argument against the "it shouldn't have been done in front of the kids" line.

Clearly I'm biased, but I think this was all a troll for revenge and cash. He's not even gone to the newspapers properly yet. Surely he could get a shit ton of cash for his story. It's already had international coverage around the world. Books tours, raffle off the breasts, TV & you tube appearances, there's still tons of opportunity left in that tank, this guy is now made for life if he wants to exploit it. Any settlement to fuck off and leave the school board alone is going to want an NDA clause. He's going to want to be paid off bigtime not to have fun telling his story........

I'm sure there was a video of him at a school board(?) meeting a few months back in which he more or less said that he was doing this to highlight the insanity of the school rules. And, yes, it was my impression that he was hoping to be sacked.

Unfortunately we've also seen plenty of accounts from male people who find the attention, disapproval, exhibitionist aspects and essentially any response from others to be highly exciting. I'm also reminded of the many who when caught with interesting content on their hard drive, explain how they are nobly researching in order to report and bring down the shocking system.
