I was not aware that some experts were issuing a statement supporting #Spain's #SelfID. Needless to say I do not share this position that there is a human right to acquire a gender identity through unregulated self-identification.

There is at least one UN expert, a man whose name I never remember, who is adamantly pushing for all sorts of things which will erase the female sex first from language and then from our ability to fight against sex-based oppression. It's good to see someone pushing back on that.
