The terms "non-gender, non-binary or gender fluid" are fictional and meaningless, and CPS might as well concentrate on witches, jedi knights, "Game of Thrones" fantasists and reincarnated pet animals. This is the kind of institutional capture that ends up in high court judges being forced to call rapists "she".
