Its absolutely inappropriate for criticism of the first minister of the Scottish government giving a self pitying and egotistical resignation speech.

the thing that never gets a mention is how the scottish tourism industry is going to be destroyed by the registration scheme. its being brought in in a hurry with no real consultation, the councils administering have no idea whats going on and people running tourism businesses wont be able to sell them on as going concerns as the property reverts back to residential on sale and needs a planning application and approval to be a furnished holiday let. various associations involved in this presented evidence etc and none of it was listened to. the whole tourism industry is under a huge cloud at the moment and thats down to scottish decisions.
