Wales moving towards self ID even with the current chaos in Scotland?

Bad enough, but then the BBC do this article with only pro self ID views expressed.

It definitely needs a few complaints...

I will definitely complain but I could do with pointing towards a template I can adapt. I need a message sufficiently detailed yet concise.
