Helen Joyce article on complaining to her school

This is well worth a read.

"I wrote about what happened when I complained about my son's school's dangerous and unlawful "transgender inclusion" policy. Lots more parents need to do this if we're to get the DfE to listen and produce proper official guidance."

If they wont listen to someone as well informed and articulate as Helen what chance do parents have?

I like her line about likening gender identity ideology to letting flat earthers take over geography.
Bit depressing result though.

Why are schools being so bloody stupid over this? More to the point why the hell can't the government sort the problem? And quickly.

Rightsraptor · 04/02/2023 06:49

Didn't the school know who Helen was? They have no idea what they've got themselves into.

What I find so odd on Hills Road's response is that they effectively seem to be letting the pupils write the safeguarding policy - i.e. the children are happy and therefore no safeguarding issue. Bizarre.

The public sector is captured. A new public sector is needed.

My son's school entailed recently saying they are aspiring to be Stonwall champions.

I don't understand why after all the negative news about Stonewall.

Perhaps they aren't aware of the issues. It seems so stupid.

I imagine they think they are so brainwashed they think they are doing the right thing. But what Helen Joyce has done is quite clever, they have ignored her and shown their policy is deliberate. When this all crumbles they will not be able to say they didn’t know or that they weren’t warned. That should give the Board of Governors food for thought. Particularly if legal action is taken.

Depressing read.

Hills Road where they were happy to display child art promoting transition and body hatred alongside furries in a public Tweet?

The DfE have been funding trans organisations to the tune of millions over the years - they're so complicit and because this work is piggy backed on anti bullying, they've had free rein to push this ideology with no challenges.
Plus don't underestimate the ignorance of those who get their information from the Guardian & BBC. Minimal coverage of the sex offenders, trans organisations / individuals get maximum sympathetic placement. Has the Denton's report has ever been mentioned in the Guardian?

Transphobia is assumed to be the motivation for anyone challenging the sacred caste & with virtually no challenge as why 45 year old males / teenage boys should be undressing / showering alongside 12 yr old girls many people dismiss their instinctive concerns as bigotry that must be hidden.
