I've been invited to training by this organisation. Can anyone give me the lowdown?

No but their website looks like it’s getting you ready for unicorns and asking you for your pronouns. All very relevant to the workplace, obviously.

Trainer, Jo, wants us to use she/her pronouns for Jo.
She/her are definitely the right pronouns for Jo because Jo is wearing a dress and nail varnish and a big chunky necklace.
Jo also has background in IT and has watched a lot of Westerns, Top Gun and all the James Bond movies and has had a hair transplant.
Jo also likes to leave strong lipstick marks on the cup when drinking coffee.
