Petitions about trans offenders being being recorded as per biological sex

I read on Mumsnet this morning that Isla Bryson's rape is going to be recorded as a female crime. Feeling outraged by this, I went to start a petition on the government website which has get so many signatures to be discussed in parliament. I wrote it al. out and then found out that my name would be published on the petition. I have a very unusual name - there is only one of me in the UK - and so it would be wholly outing and I would probably lose my job given the current climate. Is there anyone with a not unusual name who would be willing to do the petition instead and who can't be identified. Here's everything I wrote to save you time; it can just be cut and pasted into the relevant section and obviously amend as you see fit.

The link is:

My responses if you want to use them:

What do you want us to do?
In crime stats, record trans offenders by biological sex not preferred gender.

Tell us more about you want us to do ...
Crimes that are committed by trans offenders are being recorded as being perpetrated by their preferred gender, not their biological sex.
This means that violent/sexual assaults by biological men against women are being recorded as sexual assaults BY females. This hugely skews crime data.

Tell us more about why ...
Convicted rapist, Isla Bryson, identified as female after he was charged with rape. At the time of the rape, he identified as male and was known as Adam Graham. Following his conviction, it has been announced that his crime will be recorded as a female crime. This has happened in other cases and undermines the accuracy of crime data. It is also an affront to biological women who have male-bodied offenders record as females. It is also problematic as officially only men can rape.
