Looking for an article please

I'm sure I read an article somewhere towards the end of last year which listed all the times "it'll never happen" and there were over 200 reports on there.
Does anyone know where I could find it again?

My husband has just heard about the Scottish rapist going into a women's prison. I told him that was the tip of the iceberg and wanted him to read this article.

Some things to bear in mind BalloonArch. The safeguarding is far worse in Canadian and Californian prisons and there are horrific stories but the authorities and the media in those places are very invested in not letting the stories enter into the public domain.

It looks like a conspiracy theory but the difficulty to find evidence relating to safeguarding failures around gender identity ideology absolutely doesn't mean that things are generally fine without too many problems.

He hadn't given it a thought and I hadn't discussed my views with him, but then JKR's essay appeared and he started to ask questions. I've been drip feeding reading material to him ever since
He has a wife, a sister, a mother and a daughter, I'm glad he's questioning the whole thing and thinking about it.
