I was in a setting yesterday where a young woman opined in a room full of middle aged men and women that the Government are transphobic hypocrites because they didn’t block Scotland’s changes to other laws that affect women, so why this one? Transphobia, clearly.

The ensuing deafening silence was only broken by the gentle swish of tumbleweed blowing across the floor

Yesterday I was totally fed up of the gaslighting of politicians telling us we’re wrong, changing the GRA isn’t going to clash with women’s rights blah blah blah usual bullshit.

Reading that this morning is like a breath of fresh air. And loving Harley’s use of ‘frothing’ to describe Russell-Moyle given how often that’s thrown at us.

So good to read these articles. I had to take a moment to acknowledge the sea change taking place right now.
