How is it 2023, and women are still shamed for having an active sex life, whereas men are celebrated for how many people they have sex with.

No, I agree with you. Men's promiscuity is celebrated and women's condemned. Either leave it alone or condemn both - promiscuity is nothing to be proud of, anyway, and can be emotionally damaging so men should suffer equal opprobrium if that's what we are giving out, and women equal celebration if we are not.
