Are there any gender critical work/employment unions?

I work in H.E. and I've previously been with UCU, but left after what happened to Kathleen Stock. I've just realised that Unison also support gender ideology. Can anyone recommend another union please?

I cancelled my Unison membership and yet to find a suitable alternative.
