B) some tedious non-binary (of course) American actress banging on about LGBT etc issues.
The only thing that saved the programme was a delightful 70 year old marathon runner.

They actually did a useful and informative long segment on the GRR Bill yesterday. That was factual and we're waiting on commentary from those facing real world impacts. It's a shame Emma Barnett left for maternity leave last week, the fill-in presenters tend to be afraid of offending the men.

I heard yesterday's discussion with Lauren Moss, BBC's new(ish) LGBT & Identity Correspondent. She's a marked improvement on Ben Hunte. She seems to understand the issues and is trying hard to be non-partisan.
