The campaign group's press release:

Not seen the judgement though. Must be about somewhere.

They are planning an appeal, as we'd hope & expect.

I wish them luck, but fear it is hopeless. You need a political solution to a political problem. The Senedd has control over Welsh Education. It can teach whatever the hell it wants hoping the Courts would step on was always a long shot. You either need to ensure your local school fights back or home school OR take over the Senedd.

The controversial proposals, which were opposed by 90% of parents in the Welsh Government’s consultation, is to be subject to a “whole school approach” whereby themes of sexuality and LGBTQ+ are to permeate the whole curriculum.

  • 90% of parents opposed it but they push it through anyway. Talk about democracy.
  • "permeate the whole curriculum" is evidence that it isn't about sex education, safe sex, etc. it is about political indoctrination.

They have been pushing this for ages. They have a well-being act that is basically a model for how they want people to think and act in Wales. Everything is based on the idea of a ‘prosperous’ Wales, but really it is making Wales more insular and nannied. They make decisions before consultations.
I completed that consultation and I am offended that they have ignored 90% of respondents.
