Was just listening to a podcast that interviewed Jon Holmes and apparently hes put together a radio series starting in January that will feature among other things Andrew Doyle interviewing Owen Jones

Exactly. Plus I don't even follow him. I agree with him about blocking people you disagree with etc. and it's not a 'gotcha!' when people go on about free speech. Blocking someone on Twitter is not the same as deplatforming or cancelling.

I just don't understand why he's blocked me in particular. If he ever popped up on my feed, it was because an account I followed had retweeted him and I usually agreed with what he said. I don't understand why he'd go to the the bother of doing it.

The pilot for this show, "unsafe space", has already been broadcast. It didn't feature Owen Jones, but did include a short interview with David Lammy talking about cancel culture. Disappointingly, he wasn't questioned his beliefs that women are rights-hoarding dinosaurs and transwomen can growing cervices. I suspect he had a veto on what questions he could be asked. If OJ does the same it may be a rather bland interview.

It will be starting from next Thursday at 11pm, only has the detail for that first ep on the radio 4 website so don't know what date the OJ ep will be
