All the cleaner had to do was turn round and say he identifies as a female - hey presto, problem solved 😉

😎
The cleaner could even temporarily identify as female just while he's cleaning the toilets. Cleaners could wear a tabard saying Don't Ask.

Or does Daniel think Daniel has become an actual real magic woman? A special magic woman who can correctly gender other people?

Where will this nonsense end?

guinnessguzzler · 06/12/2022 18:38

Absolute classic. Alanis Morissette should put it in a song.

viques · 06/12/2022 18:41

To be frank Daniel, if you are feeling unsafe using the womens toilets then perhaps you might want to start using the mens toilets again , so that if a male cleaner gives you the heebie jeebies there will be other men there to rescue you……happy to help.

If you have a penis, you should not be in a female toilet. Simple. If you have had the surgery, by all means go ahead, I don't like the idea of a man dressed as a women with a penis in the same toilet as me. They could be a pedophile or sex pest for all I know. But then I guess I'll also be slated for feeling this way. Hmm.

The problem with this is, how are we supposed to know if they have had surgery to remove it or not? We shouldn't have to do genital checks on people entering the bathrooms, that's absurd. As a previous poster has pointed out, they are still men whether they have a penis or not.

The easier solution would be for them to use the male toilets, or even a third gender neutral space, which by the way women have been suggesting for years.
Unfortunately, this is not sufficient for transwomen, as it does not validate their 'female identity'. It has even been called bigoted and hateful.

The truth is they want to be around women, in women only spaces, it's part of the whole thing for them. Some men really do get off on crossing women's boundaries and making women uncomfortable.

The fact that we may not want them there doesn't seem to matter to them.

TheYummyPatler · 06/12/2022 18:43

I think at that moment the pertinent fact was that the cleaner was identifying as someone whose job it is to clean the toilets. That’s the crucial categorisation here.

Interesting that Dan, who was in a cubicle, felt the need to check to see who had come into the toilets. So Dan could whinge on about feeling unsafe.

Most of us don’t even notice these things from inside the siding cubicle. And we aren’t interested in what other toilet users are doing. It’s seems Dan wants to know which women might be using the toilet next to him. That’s not weird or creep at all.

Sadly, many of us felt that way once, some still do.

When you (General you)start extrapolating it out to the end point of that thought and how it could practically be applied, you start realising that a post operative line in the sand doesn't work at any practical level.

They are still male. They still have many aspects of their personality and their body that is male and there is simply no way to check operational status.

I have sadly come to the understanding, there is no way to differentiate.

And as we are told, to expect any one to have traumatic surgery to fulfil a requirement that will mean access to female single sex spaces is transphobic. To make the line 'passing' is transphobic. And is a male having lost a penis due to disease or trauma allowed in too?

So, therefore. the line needs to be male. Plan and simple - male. Once a male, always a male.

Male's without a penis, are still male is now my line. And no males in any female single sex spaces after they have reached around 8.

Toseland · 06/12/2022 19:22

Lol - how to accidentally reveal you have no idea what happens in ladies loos.
It really annoys me how giddy with excitement these people are. They are like looters on the rampage. They can't believe their luck.
No men in womens spaces full stop.

transgender female

I have noticed it more and more.

I don't know who started it first. But it can only be a claim to be more of a 'woman' than those claiming 'transwoman', surely? That they are somehow more valid on a spectrum of validity or something?

It’s mission creep.

Women say - we are actual females

Then they start saying - so am I, I’m a trans female,

So women say - we are actual ova-bearing females

And you know it’s going to be a short matter of time before-

…So am I - I’m an actual trans ova bearing female.

We should backpeddle asap and make sure that none of women’s words are ever used to describe any sort of male, even if they stick the word ‘trans’ in front of it.

waterwitch · 06/12/2022 22:58

Or maybe ‘I’m a biological woman - with a cervix’ as India Willoughby has claimed (someone might need to tell India what a cervix is though)

TheBiologyStupid · 06/12/2022 23:57

I suspect that he doesn't actually feel "super uncomfortable" , but thinks that saying he does makes him appear more authentically a woman. FFS!

Allthegoodnamesarechosen · 07/12/2022 00:04

Those glasses would make anyone uncomfortable, wearer or beholder.

ErrolTheDragon · 07/12/2022 01:21

The expression in that selfie doesn't look remotely, let alone 'super' uncomfortable. It looks somewhat excited.

LunaLights · 07/12/2022 02:41

How did Dan know that a male had come in to clean?
If Dan was in the toilet, with the door shut, presumably as Dan then had to flush the toilet, how did Dan know a male was cleaning?
Also - I wonder exactly what Dan’s purpose is?

wesayno · 07/12/2022 02:49

Poor cleaner having to meet Dan.

GroundhogGroundhog · 07/12/2022 03:20

"Dan" needs to use the toilet corresponding to his genitals and stop this faux posturing.

What made him so uncomfortable about having another man in the women's toilets at the same time? Did it impinge on how special he felt having invaded a space for women, but with no excuse of a toilet brush in hand?

ConnieTucker · 07/12/2022 03:21

Surely a transgender female is a transman?

He will have been paigently waiting for a eiman to walk in to validate him in that space. Another man in there wont validate this as a women only space.

It’s 100% performative. Plus a way to troll women who he knows won’t want him there.

Jobabob · 07/12/2022 06:15

Man cleans female washroom facilities while man using female washroom facilities in girl mode objects.

Less interested in this than whether any actual females objected. Did they? There lies the real story.

Ritasueandbobtoo9 · 07/12/2022 06:21

Real women don’t take photo selfies in toilets or whinge about some bloke cleaning the loos.

I’d it’s the USA, the toilet door probably had those massive gaps round the door.

but still, you don’t generally start listening out for the door and checking who else has come in while sitting on the toilet in McDonald’s.

In fact, you wouldn’t flush the toilet to make a point because you’d be using it. You just don’t flush the toilet mid-business. That’s weird.

I wouldn’t be at all surprised if Dan’s being super uncomfortable was because his wank was interrupted by a male toilet cleaner, rather than a hapless woman or girl just looking to use the toilet.
