Job interview- how to find out if they have drunk the cool aid

I have a job interview for an admin position at a tech company. Any suggestions as to what I can look out for or ask without showing I am GC?

I will look at the toilet arrangements but any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

Can you have a look on their website? See if it sets out any policies or gives any clues....

what did they ask in your application? Check out their social media.

I have had a look and they don't have anything policies on there. Everything about it looks good. I just want to make sure it is the right move if I am offered it.

I didn't have to fill in any diversity questions or anything like that. It is a small company.

Do the interview and if you get offered the job, ask directly what their policy is on (toilets/changing facilities if applicable or whatever) If it would stop you working there, it’s great to let them know how their policies are affecting their brand in the employment market

Thank you for the advice. I will see what happens.

I've been in tech (think global software companies out of the US) my whole working life. I'm 51 and senior, in the UK.

Honestly it's hard to say unless you are on the inside. They will have all the usual groups. The test is really what they do on IWD or Pride etc.

I used to work for one that platformed Kelly Mahoney. I complained to HR. They still went through with it. The next one had Katy John and the first question he has asked was whether TW should play in womens sports which I secretly cheered about.

Current one has a lovely culture, but not been there long enough to judge but the majority of them have been US companies, so definitely more cool aid around.

Bottom line is there are plenty of people in tech who don't believe in the gender nonsense. I don't know how you can be in tech and not think it's nuts to be honest.
