Why are they using 'Feminists' in their title?

I saw this on LinkedIn and thought it might be an interesting role from the title. The role outline then confused me rather! They may be a well known organisation but I've never heard of them.

Loving the responses here although are making me simultaneously laugh and cry. Tbf you lot got a lot further than me which was the LI advert!!! Glad it has a pretty website but not sure how inclusive a pretty website is....

I just feel like I'm existing in a parallel universe where this contradictory word soup is just so mainstream it's scary. I guess this is what is trying to be achieved but FML, seriously???

Well, if they busy themselves with their virtual vigils and website updates and just let the rest of us get on with stuff, it's fairly harmless. Probably.

It's kind of funny that it just shows three white men next to the "see who've they hired for this role".

I wanted to look at their website, but my computer blocked it as a dangerous space. Which is funny in this context.
