PIP is for disabled people, not transgender people. He can be both transgender and disabled but he's getting PIP for being disabled not for being transgender.

No she was saying that was the unemployment benefit because trans people are unemployable but people pointed out if was actually more than that.

Why does he get PIP though? I know quite a few people who get it. None of them are trans.

If this is correct then I'm.sure there will be a lot more people claiming to be trans. Particularly as you don't have to have any surgery/dress as the opposite sex anymore.

Fairly sure it's nonsense - most of their output is but I'm sure you can see how it may have been misconstrued by some people. If fact I'd go as far as to say that may have been the purpose of the tweet in the first place.

I couldnt find it originally as they tweet so much. Scrolled further back and found it, saw the context around it and it is a 'joke' about them being unemployable.

Some trans people do ruin their health to the point where they are unable to work and therefore have to claim benefit. Nothing great about being forced into a life on benefits by ill health.

Plenty of no trans people also fuck up their own health and end up on benefits. Let's not then it into a competition because in sheer numbers, non trans people will make up the larger amount of self induced ill health.

It was recently claimed that Kathleen Stock had all but transitioned to a men because she does not wear stereotypical (in Indias opinion) female clothes.

Adult people who fuck up their lives and end up on benefit may have made an informed choice - those encouraging children to transition are not informing them of the risks.
