Was encouraged to fill out a "diversity" form at work. I usually reply with prefer not to say on all the questions because I think it shouldn't matter what my protected characteristics are as long as I can do my job. Last question was, "Is you gender identity the same as your assigned sex at birth?" At which point I deleted the form and got straight onto the creator to get it changed. I don't have a gender identity and my sex wasn't observed at birth. Interestingly, this question had no option for PREFER NOT TO SAY.
