Stonewall Workplace Equality Index awards points for giving gender fluid employees multiple ID cards

Conservatives for women have got hold of this via a FOI.

www.conservativesforwomen.org/stonewall-2023-so-has-anything-changed

As well as awarding points for not respecting single sex spaces, and respecting gender identity (whatever that means) in corporate policies, organisations get more points if they issue multiple uniforms, ID cards and email addresses for gender fluid employees. Bonus points if they remove any reference to biological sex altogether. And celebrate pan visibility day!

Next year, they're introducing a 'bring your fetish to work' day. Okay, I made that up.

FFS I can't believe that so many organisations are going along with this batshittery

Unbelievable. No wonder the DEI empire just keeps growing: www.mit.edu/people/dmredish/wwwMLRF/links/Humor/Administratium.html

FFS don't give them ideas. Although I think a large proportion already do this everyday.

So, if i need to e mail john, but today john is Kimberley, then i will get John's OOO telling me to mail Kimberley instead, because John is Kimberley?

I am sure that wont be entirely frustrating and inefficient at all

ValerieDoonican · 13/11/2022 20:26

Quite. There aren't enough 🙄🙄🙄🙄s on my keyboard to respond to this fuckwittery.

They're also making it really hard for non binary job applicants. Identity isn't a protected characteristic. If I had a choice between two equally qualified people, one of who identified as NB and the other who didn't mention it, I'd choose the latter every time.

No business is going to want to employ someone who demands two uniforms, two email addresses and two ID cards.

Still, I guess it gives stonewall a raison d'etre. They expanded LGB to T so that they still had a job and they're still continuing. I wonder where they'll go next?

Demanding that Furries have their "fursona" recognised and litter trays provided? [Really wish I was joking about "fursona": en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fursona ]
