Things get better by people talking, even to people who have different views.
Its possible to agree with a person on one point and disagree on many other points. Agreeing on one single point does not automatically mean you agree with them on everything.

Over time the KKK members he spoke to came to respect Daryl and many of them left the KKK including the grand wizard of one state. Would you have posted a picture of Daryl standing next to the KKK members he was having a dialogue with and tried to smear him for talking to the KKK? Really really disgusting.
