Though we tend to understand that assuming another person’s culture or race is not an acceptable nor respectful action today, women are, once again, not thought of as important in preserving our deeply held personal identity and all that entails. It absolutely rings true that Eddie Izzard is trying to colonise Womanhood. It conjures up images of Lord Flashheart from Blackadder, just that utter supreme arrogance of the white British male to take whatever he fancies.
