Man flashes . Does it matter what he's wearing? Crimes occurred.

As long as the language used doesn’t refer to him as female in anyway, you are spot on.

Although, it is of interest as to how many males present as ‘women’ while flashing of course. To know whether they are more or less likely to commit indecent exposure or not than other males.

I suspect it would be considered transphobic by lobby groups to record that information. Yet, it would be of benefit to those lobby groups as well.

It isn't clear if the person in the photo is the suspect or a witness.

Now you're becoming a parady of yourself. Perhaps that's what you've been all along.

That's my point really

Women don't have a penis to expose .
Man flashes. Irrelevant what he was wearing. Could have been wearing a clown suit, back end of a pantomime horse , or in this case- a skirt and wig . It's absolutely irrelevant. He committed a crime . He . Only men have a penis .

feindVicarInATutu · 28/10/2022 06:51

Margarita

What's the deal ? Why are you so determined to disprove that men wearing womens attire can commit crimes ?

Anyone can commit a crime . You dont have to crusade for all men identifying as women .
Im sure most are law abiding decent folk .
Some aren't . Accept it . And it doesn't matter what they're wearing. If this was a guy in jeans a Tommy Hilfiger top on this cctv would you be rushing in to say he might be a witness ?

The police are - meant to be - impartial. Crime is crime . Irrelevant what the criminal is wearing.

feindVicarInATutu · 28/10/2022 06:52

Oh and I'm sorry but men - and only men - have a penis . To expose.

What JG has so spectacularly demonstrated is that JG is absolutely not one of the most vulnerable people in society. So thank you for the mythbusting JG.

Actually, I’d guess it does matter what he was wearing. Wear a bright wig and skirt, and it’s presumably more difficult to identify you in more neutral clothes and hair.

Namechangedforthisonetoday · 28/10/2022 12:45

Could you imagine going back in time and relaying all this to someone in the 70s/80s, heck even the 90s? They’d assume you were pissed and having some sort of ‘episode’. The world has well and truly gone mad. Women were oppressed since the beginning of time. Women fought against the oppression. Men* didn’t like it. So now men have found a way to claim hurty feelings by infiltrating the most oppressed sex in society and yelling ‘administrative violence/it’s not fair!/women have penises’ etc etc! You couldn’t make this nonsense up!

*Not all men. Any man I know thinks this stuff is a load of rubbish and would have given that flasher what for.

FrancescaContini · 29/10/2022 07:17

@Namechangedforthisonetoday They would indeed. The pink/blue binary option for 70s and 80s babies and children in terms of clothing, toys, activities, life opportunities and so on had already been smashed, which is why we “oldies” are aghast at what has been “re-created” over the last 20 years or so.

Namechangedforthisonetoday · 29/10/2022 12:46

Some of these people think they’re reinventing the wheel francesca. I’ve got many a picture of me in the 80s wearing blue dungarees and playing with toy cars. At one point I went everywhere in a toy police helmet 🤷🏽‍♀️ It always makes me laugh this ‘I knew I wanted to be a girl/woman/space alien/delete as applicable’ because they’ll mention they liked pink, girly clothes, nail varnish etc - as if that’s something that as a woman we all aspire to dress or behave like. Then in the same breath they’re banging on about smashing gender stereotypes. The irony is just hilarious.

FrancescaContini · 29/10/2022 13:41

I feel stuck in a Dr Who-esque time warp when I hear young people talking about getting rid of gender stereotypes. It HAD ALREADY BEEN DONE. Millions of us women grew up in the 70s and 80s playing with Lego and digging in the mud in the garden and our brothers pushed Tiny Tears and Sindy around in prams without anyone saying that we must want to be boys and our brothers must want to be girls, or we’d “been born in the wrong body” or any other such BULLSHIT. It was NORMAL.

Any such comment would, in those decades, have been received with a - WTF are you talking about?!

Young people have been gaslighted on a monumental scale. Gender stereotypes - or the idea of them - have been resurrected in order to create the trans narrative. Without the binary stereotypes, there’s no trans.

IcakethereforeIam · 29/10/2022 14:48

As a thought experiment, what would tw do if, perhaps as a result of all...this, women stopped wearing skirts, dresses, lingerie, makeup, heels, pink, long hair. If we all en masse stopped at the stereotypical wimminin'. All that would be left is the biological stuff and the crap that we get disproportionately lumbered with, the caring, the housework, the sexual assault and domestic violence. If, especially as time passes, feminine stereotypes no longer were.

feindVicarInATutu · 28/10/2022 05:30

This is slightly unjust - the police will deal with him for flashing, outraging public decency, exposure.

They've appealed to find him . A criminal offence has happened and he will be dealt with if identified.

He can dress in a skirt and wig - matters not . He committed a crime and will be dealt with if identified.

I'm sure that the police will bring him to book.

Then the court will smack him on the wrist, tell him not to be a naughty boy girl again or they might consider putting him in a (women's) prison.

feindVicarInATutu · 29/10/2022 23:49

D

Probably. But what the courts do is completely out of the hands of the police . It sucks.
