Conservatives for Women have compiled a very detailed set of evidence of how the gender ideology was disseminated through government under Penny Mordent's time in office.

The output of the GEO under her watch spread gender ideology across public institutions. ..."All the things women have been fighting ever since seem to have originated or been reinforced in this 2018 LGBT Action Plan signed off by Penny Mordaunt. The presence of violent males in women's prisons, trans-identify males winning trophies in women's sports, the promotion of gender ideology in schools, men who identify as 'non-binary' being allowed into women's hospital wards, the undermining of science via 'sex assigned at birth', the threats to free speech from the definitions of 'hate crime' and 'hate incidents',
the slow erosion of women's language via 'individuals assigned female at birth'.

Why did Mordaunt sign it all off? No concerns for science, free speech, women's rights, children's safeguarding? Shouldn't the very first mention of 'people assigned female at birth' have resulted in a major red flag? This is not science - it's ideology. How could a government minister be so easily captured by it all; participate in promoting it? More work is needed to understand this era in our history. What lessons can we learn?

The next Prime Minister must launch a public enquiry so we can document and learn from the unedifying capture of our public institutions by an incoherent ideology that does great harm."

Bloody hell - that's absolutely damning. And the beauty of it is that it comes from an in house source - Conservatives for Women.

It was those toxic CPS guidelines for schools that really drew me into all this - they were so hostile to girls, completely devoid of any educational knowledge or theory. A really nasty misogynistic piece of work - such a shame in one sense that they were withdrawn in the face of the Safe Schools Alliance legal challenge as I wanted to see the writers forced to defend their anti safeguarding beliefs in court.

And as for Penny Mordaunt? Yet again it shows how personal self interest can remove social responsibility and accountability in favour of pandering to anti social beliefs.

I usually assume cock up not conspiracy in most things but on this one I believe it’s a mixture of self interest and stupidity.

Boris has stepped down and it looks like we will be spared Penny as PM. The thought terrified me. We need a clear Tory line on gender ideology to effectively put the focus on Labour. So far it’s been to easy for Keir to hide.
