I’m getting ads from Mermaids and stonewall on FB. Anyone else?

They are obviously rattled… and loaded.

Won't make a shits worth of difference , Facebook only want money , money and then more money . They would take adverts from anyone no matter what they stood for

BeBraveLittlePenguin · 14/10/2022 14:14

I blocked them too.

If you're seeing them as FB ads, it'll be your cookies..
Goes on what you've been googling/searching for/articles you've been reading etc.
Nothing to do with how "loaded" you think they are.
Just had a look and I'm currently seeing sprays for a good night's sleep and "are you feeling stuck in a rut with your job?" 😳 which is kind of freaky as I was moaning abou not getting enough sleep earlier, sure it listens as well 😁

Not the case, @ToGanymedeAndTitan. I haven’t read any articles about them (except in a physical newspaper) nor googled them. The rest of my ads are for period pants (because I’m female — haven’t been Googling them), hair products (also haven’t been googling) etc. Mermaids and Stonewall are clearly on a charm offensive after all the recent negative publicity.

Advertising on FB can’t be cheap. So they must have spare cash. No idea why that’s controversial 🙄
