Telegraph: Oxford puberty blocker study issues

Does anyone know what this is about? How has this been co-opted.

Also, the telegraph is suddenly churning out a lot on all this!

It wouldn't be amazing if someone in an appropriate academic position were to be able to report this research as falling far below the standards one would expect of Oxford. I'm not sure my writing a critique of it would count!
