genuinely not being facetious, I’d like the Guardian to explain it.

Love the fact that the headline ignores the fact the men wore women's clothes. Surprised they even managed to publish such a dubious article. 😂

But we're regularly told that men would never demean themselves by dressing up as women for nefarious reasons. It's one of the reasons we can be sure self ID is no safeguarding risk in any way at all.

But did the Guardian ask the perpetrators how they identify? Because otherwise this is literal violence against transwomen. Literal violence.

No doubt when the courts find them guilty, they will identify as women and the judge will let them walk free.

Seven years if they identify as men, Zero years to be served if they identify as women.

In the recent court case against LGBA, John Nicholson was particularly scathing about the likelihood of bad faith actors. 'It never happens' he pompously opined. And yet another example unfolds. It would appear quite the opposite. Men will abuse a female identity if it suits their purpose. What a surprise.

Seven years if they identify as men, Zero years to be served if they identify as women.

And what is the sentence for an actual woman I wonder.
