Thought there was a You Tube video of RJD explaining why men can be lesbians and why women who say no to them are transphobic. Can't see it? Does anyone know what happened to it? Might there be a copy anywhere?

This would be Magdalen responding to the video you're thinking of, I think? A lot of clips in there.

I assume the original would be the video in her description which is now "private"?

Is that the having a genital preference makes you transphobic one? Not a copy but Magdalen Berns did a pretty substantive video on it at the time and contains clips of the salient points.

Actually, that's not the same video, but it's on the same theme. Possibly a predecessor? It's the only one I've found in that archive though.
