According to this article, Truss is going to try to 'pause or prevent' the Scottish Govt's plans for GRA reform:

No idea why the article has “legal sex” inside quotation marks. That is exactly what they will be changing and as changing actual sex is impossible, they are setting up a loophole that will be a mile across if self-ID is brought in.

I've always thought they are going beyond their devolved powers on this one.

That's the same writer whose previous BBC work required a long list of corrections.
