Facebook ads are usually linked to your browsing history/things or things you've spoken about in your phone's vicinity if your mic is turned on in the app (the latter really freaks me out when it does that!

Mine at the moment are cruises as I googled a cruise link to look at UK to Iceland ones, and now I'm getting lots of companies I didn't know existed but all look good 😁
