Awful abuse of power. The judge claims her clothes were not ripped off but we're old and worn so clearly they just fell off. Also is she a girl or a woman the article uses both I wonder if she is just 18?

The article also sites a judge who acquitted another rapist as the judge deemed the victim too ugly to be raped.

And another of a gang rape of a 50 year old woman. Her daughter was vomiting in the toilets do to the drug they had both been spiked with so she escaped the gang rape.

Glad there have been protests but the judges need retraining to understand rape and why it happens (because men rape if they want to).

I'm not sure I'd waste money trying to retrain such a blatant misogynist.
I would say he needs to be fired and his cases re-examined.
His view of women has clouded his judgment and his decisions don't appear to be made based on actual evidence and facts presented.
He's very dangerous, as are the men walking free from court and any other predator who will look at this and feel confident that they are just as invincible. IMO obviously.
