Its baffling how most of the 5 star reviews are from verified purchasers and the 1 star reviews aren't. I'm sure the 1 star reviewers must have purchased the book from somewhere other than amazon and are doing us a favour by posting a review so we don't waste our money. Its is a shame that most of them give so little information about the contents of the book, it's almost as if they haven't read it.
