Government Legal Department leaving Stonewall

Julie Bindel has it on good authority. This is a large department (c. 2,000 staff), and it provides legal advice to other government departments.

Agreed. It should be up to them to contact the people/organisations that they have misled and signpost them to the actual laws and not Stonewall law.

The first port of call should be the police. Until its very publically announced that they are no longer going to act as the " heavies" people will just carry on as they are.

How can we have the GLD and the police forces acting in.opposition to eachother.

Maybe the GLD had to leave to be able to act against SW?
It would be more embarrassing to be a diversity champion of the organisation that you need to expunge due to their overreach and touting of SW law, than it would be to leave and then act against SW…. ???
