It was in response to police openly demonstrating their homophobia and misogyny political position by displaying the flag in conjunction with their uniform. They took a political position and then claimed it’s not a political position. People aren’t supportive in the replies…

Inclusion clearly is political. In fact, I'd say that tweet was the opposite of inclusive, given that it directly states their intent not to employ anyone who disagrees with the Pride Progress flag being flown by serving police officers.

Increasingly I feel the police are a club for misogynists with too much money and power and that Wayne Couzens, the murderer, was an inevitable product of the system rather than an aberration.

I really don't trust the police at all now as a very boring middle aged woman. When you've lost the trust of middle aged mums how can you legitimately function as a state police force?
