Specifically, the STPO applied to Martin Heaney means he’s to appear in Court less than a week after he was released having been sentenced to time served. Didn’t even give the DPP time to get that appeal lodged.
Earlier thread about him here - am really pleased to be wrong about likelihood of PSNI catching his inevitable STPO breach; but fact remains that the judge simply shouldn’t have ignored the recommendations given.
