Child rapist now known as "Rose Whitby" jailed for 10 years

The child rapist, also known as Matthew Whitby and Matheu Babic, had previously been convicted for two rapes and the attempted rape of young women.

'Whitby was this week handed a 15-and-a-half year extended jail sentence after admitting three charges of raping a child under the age of 13 in relation to the latest victim. The defendant has been classed as 'dangerous' and must serve two-thirds of the 10-and-a-half year custodial sentence before she can be considered for parole.'

'The victim reported the abuse in May, 2021 and the defendant denied the allegations. But on January 2 this year they flagged down police, said they wanted to be arrested for a rape, and would kill themselves by jumping off a bridge if not arrested.

Kelly Cyples, mitigating, said the defendant has struggled to come to terms with her actions but accepts them. She said: "She tried to put it in a box, lock it away, and forget about it. She expresses her deep sense of remorse and shame for her actions."

Whitby has been handed an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

Judge David Fletcher told the defendant: "These matters are much more serious than the matters you were convicted of in 2013. This was a particularly vulnerable child due to her extreme youth and circumstances. This was a campaign of rape. You are clearly a dangerous offender."'

Also, why doesn’t the sub human filth get life? He will be a risk to women and girls as long as he’s mobile. Life, minimum 30 years to be served.

There is absolutely no justification or reason whatsoever to refer to this garbage as "she".
The reporter can just say "the person".

Women across the world are now being referred to as "people with ovaries" or "people with a cervix" so by logic all people who commit rape can be referred to as "the person with a penis" or even "the rapist" which would at least be factually accurate.

How can a judge even say this with a straight face.

The world's gone mad. They should be referring to this filthy piece of shit as the gender HE was when HE raped that innocent child.

They don’t. No one does. But they avoid it, and any questions around it like the plague. When I say “they” I mean TRAs and trans supportive posters who frequent this board. They know they can’t get out of this one. Because the only two possibilities are:

a) this person is definitely 100% trans and a woman, and TRAs have to acknowledge that he is just as much a risk - no more, no less - than any other male in women’s spaces, and therefore proves women’s concerns are valid. Or

b) this person is definitely not trans, but has assumed a trans identity in order to try and manipulate courts, sentencing and prison for the better for himself, taking advantage of the clear loopholes that exist, and as such, proves women’s concerns are valid.

They know this. The sensible TRAs (oxymoronic?) just pretend it never happens so they don’t have answer the question. Some do commit fully and claim they are definitely trans, like with Karen White or that gamer guy who raped his grandmother.
