Hey, if you're near Glasgow, bring your kids along to Barnardo's drag queen story time. Increase your child's creativity by introducing them to a man with massive false tits, parodying a hyper sexualised 'woman' while reading a childish fairy story.

Don't like the sound of it? Then you're the problem. After all this is being laid on by one of the UK's most esteemed childrens' charities, experts on child wellbeing.

Almost all the different parts of the gender identity ideology seem to focus on one thing: the dislike of the female body.

Drag queens make fun of it, trans men dislike being reminded of it as they have it, trans women dislike being reminded of it for the opposite reason, female people who identify as nonbinary dislike being reminded of it as they wish to be seen as bodiless (but still have all the sex-based rights).

Yeah, I'm so intolerant I let my kids learn about gay and lesbian people by y'know being around gay and lesbian people. The sort of people who, while extraordinarily special to us, could easily be mistaken for 'normal' members of the community, not an oversized appendage amongst them - well, certainly not around the children.

For years my children didn't ask the status of each couples relationship.When they did, we told them. Being told this neither damaged them nor did it 'increase their creativity' in any way.

'oh, right.' was their entirely appropriate response. Revelations about Father Xmas and the tooth fairy will be off the scale in comparison.

Barnardo's on the other hand seem to be suggesting that there is something unnatural and freakish about homosexuality. Yet it's folk like me who are wrong thinking apparently.

To be fair, there was Arts Council support The Family Sex Show which was all about sex education for children and could involve naked adults.
