A question about womens health led to Isabelle Oakshot saying she was pleased to hear Annalise Dodds talking about womens health when she doesn’t seem clear about what a woman is. Annalise clearly stated we are biologically sexed women , then bleated on about TW transitioning deserve respect and dignity too etc etc. really annoying in this context. She also stated that the British public really supported this too. Which is of course beside the point as she didn’t clarify whether female hormones should be supplied to men. The item is about a third in .

Annalise Dodds was answering a question about the menopause and when it came Isabel Oakeshott's turn to answer the question, she took a potshot of asking if Dodds knew what a woman is, and Dodds, either flustered and reaching for what would shut down the intervention or being calculating, said "adult female" before adding the qualification that there are also transwomen. Dodds' subsequent "most oppresed and #bekind" message went down very well with the audience. (The audience from the Isle of Wight, in the midst of their Jubilee celebrations, were racuous and wildly applauded answers that leaned more to the progressive side.) You can find the question that triggered the answers just after 21.50:
