I recall the individual was arrested for indecent exposure but does anyone know whether they were charged or if the charges stuck?
I'm still interested in how indecent exposure can be determined under California Law. I seem to remember the individual them self made the very good point that all they were doing was accessing a space under the protected self-ID policy and availing themselves of the facilities as they were intended (I.e. being naked), so I was interested to see how it played out, but I never heard any update. I was curious to see what police could hang a case on. Does anyone know any more?
