Don't worry OP. It's always worth being reminded that a service concerned with working with children believing they're the wrong sex openly alienated and silenced their safeguarding lead, stopping those concerned with protecting children from seeking advice.

Can anyone link to more info on this case - I would like to share it with the safeguarding and D&I team at my dcs' schools (and suggest others do too) - we need people in safeguarding to know that they are protected if they speak up (and the D&I people to think twice about trying to silence them)?

I saw it come up on the news today as well and was a bit confused as I thought it was an old story then saw it was. I assume a lot of people must have been reading about the outcome in the last few days for it to be coming up as a top story

So many brave women in this fight who stick to their principles.
