I was heartened recently that a friend of dds posted on fb about trans women in sports and how unfair that is most of dds friends have either swallowed the kool aid or are afraid to speak up

This young lady is actually one of the quieter ones in her group but participated in competitive sport herself throughout school and a little after she's had to stop now as she's busy with uni and working part time to fund uni!

Dd is a work in progress sometimes I can get her onside others she is being too influenced by new people SHE is mixing with at uni

She does agree with the sport aspect though I think mainly because of this friend.

I am gradually seeing positive change in my own circle though a few are sadly going down the route of being swayed to the dark side which is disappointing. Inc a friends son who is gay and effeminate too

I'll admit I find it hard to stick my head above the parapet publicly as I live in Scotland with a very pro trans Mp and locals love him! Sure you get the idea

But I am trying to have private discussions with people making my views clear and hopefully encouraging them to look more deeply at what's happening

Hell, I'm not even the slightest bit brave. My brave persona has her own name, email etc and u am very, very careful never to connect her to me, my business email etc.

Small steps, do what you feel is possible and celebrate the bravery of others who have the wherewithal whenever possible. 🙂🙂
